4 Spicy Paneer Dishes That’ll Steal the Show

- Onion
- Garlic and green chillies

In a different pan heat up oil in a pan and fry garlic and chillies. Add onion and capsicum.

2. Paneer Tikka Masala

Ingredients:
- Paneer cubes
- Yoghurt
- condiments (red chilli, turmeric, garam masala, chaat masala)
- Onion, tomato puree
- Cream
Still How to Make:
Paneer should be marinated in curd and spices. It can be left to stand at least 1 hour.
Marinate the paneer and grill or pan-fry it till they are charred.
Cook onion- tomato puree in a kadai with spices. Add cream.
Add the pieces of paneer that has been grilled and simmer it on a low flame of around 5-7 minutes.
Serve it alongside naan, or jeera rice. The combination of smoky and spicy is something that will definitely amaze your visitors.
3. Paneer 65
It is a spicy starter of South Indian style. It has a crunchy texture, a spicy red color and it is so addictive.
Ingredients:
- Paneer cubes
- Rice flour and cornflour
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Red chilli powder, curry leaves
Making It:
Marinate paneer in spices, flours and little curd.
Fry in hot oil till crispy.
Fry curry leaves, green chillies and garlic in another pan. Put the fried paneer in it and stir it.
Excellent at evening snacks or as a party opener.
4. Spicy paneer Bhurji
In the mood of roti or paratha? Find something quick and spicy. This is your all-time friend.
Ingredients:
- Grated paneer
- Onions, tomatoes, green chilli
- Spices (red chilli, turmeric, garam masala)
To make:
Fry oil, put in onions and chillies.
Put in tomatoes and spices, stir until oil breaks.
Put in some grated paneer and stir.
Put on fire and cook 5-6 minutes, add coriander as a garnish.
This one is easy, spicy and it goes into tiffin as well.
